I was given a behind-the-scenes tour of Emirates new cabincrew training including safety and emergency procedure (SEP) such as sliding, aircraft ditching, smoke and fire in the cabin. Then We observed First Aid Training (GMT) including CPR and newborn baby delivery. After that, We visited the image and uniform to see how the new flight attendant get groomed to Emirates standard. Last, We went inside the mock-up aircraft trainer to observe the new cabincrew service delivery.
Emirates Aviation Training College is the world's largest Boeing 777 and Airbus A380 training facility— including flight simulators, pool for ditching exercises, emergency slides and real firefighting simulators. Mock cabin interiors, specialised training rooms and virtual, game-based training scenarios complete the immersive and realistic training environment.
On average, 120 new cabincrew graduate from the Emirates Aviation Training College each week.
