We’re grateful for the hard work of our Southwest Employees who have kept our operation running smoothly since our challenges over the holidays. Our Purpose has always been to connect our Customers with what’s important in their lives, and one thing never fails to endure – the Heart of the People of Southwest. Dusty and Patrick (pictured above) decided to express their appreciation to Customers. As their flight was preparing to board, they made their way through the cabin and left a chocolate truffle on every seat.
