What you see on the wing (and looks like a cloud) is condensation water. 💧When the aircraft is in the air, a negative pressure is created on the upper side of the wing. If the air has a certain characteristic (e.g. relatively humid), the air above the wing condenses due to the negative pressure. This then results in a steady cloud above the wing. ✈️☁️
