Introducing our newest apprentices who are about to embark on an exciting journey to become Engineers, training primarily at our Hangar 👩‍🔧 30 years ago, we welcomed our first ever apprentices and five of the seven are still integral members of our team today. We believe STEM based careers should be inclusive to all and we are proud to say that 50% of our new recruits are women. While we’ve come a long way in inspiring girls to consider STEM roles in aviation, there is still more to do, and we’re committed to driving positive change as part of our Passport to Change programme.
