Meet Roger✈️Roger is an aircraft engineer and joined the Norwegian family in 2002. This autumn, he will have been with the company for 20 years. Roger’s interest in aviation began when he was just 10 years old, and in 1987 he started his career as a mechanic.Roger has worked with Boeing 737s for 35 consecutive years and knows these aircraft like the back of his hand.“After 20 years the memories are many and it’s hard to point at just one thing that I love about my work. I’ve always loved working with aircraft but if I had to choose one thing, I would have to pick my colleagues. In many ways, they are my family and we’ve been through both ups and downs together.
